Service Description
A beautifully styled low picnic table for two sets the stage for an unforgettable proposal, surrounded by seasonal elegance and curated romance. A cozy teepee creates an intimate retreat, while a “Will You Marry Me?” easel takes center stage. Warm flameless candles, delicate roses, lush greenery, refined tableware, and cozy seating complete the setting—creating a breathtaking, intimate moment made for the perfect “yes.”
Cancellation Policy
THE PICNIC – BOOKING POLICIES Booking & Payments A 40% non‑refundable deposit is required at booking. Final payment and final head count are due 48 hours before your picnic. Events without final payment by the deadline will be canceled. Guests All packages include 2 guests. Additional guests are $40 per person. We can host up to 20 guests, with more available upon request. Weather Light rain does not qualify for rescheduling. Severe or unsafe weather allows one complimentary reschedule within 30 days. Weather rescheduling should be requested 24 hours before your event. Rescheduling & Cancellations One reschedule allowed if requested 24 hours before the event. Rescheduling within 24 hours requires a $50 fee. All deposits are non‑refundable. No‑shows forfeit the full payment. Food & Tableware The Picnic does not provide food. You may bring your own food or use outside vendors. We provide plates, cups, napkins, forks, and spoons only. Setup & Cleanup We set up at your chosen location unless it is unsafe or unsuitable. We provide full cleanup and may use your outdoor dumpster if available. Client Conduct Clients must treat décor and rental items with care. Damage or loss may result in additional charges. No intimate or inappropriate physical conduct on or with our décor or belongings.
