Yes — children are welcome at The Picnic. However, all children must be supervised at all times to ensure the safety of our décor, rental items, and overall setup. Parents or guardians are responsible for making sure children do not damage décor, climb on furniture, or engage in behavior that may cause injury or property damage.

No. The Picnic does not provide or serve alcohol. Clients may bring their own beverages if permitted by the venue or park rules. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all local regulations

Your picnic begins at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will leave your event end time the same as planned.

Absolutely! Our picnic packages are adaptable to indoor settings as well.

Yes. Picnic time may be extended in 30-minute or 1‑hour increments for an additional fee, based on availability.

Yes. Custom themes, color palettes, florals, and specialty décor are available. Customization may include an additional styling fee depending on materials and preparation required.

If a location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for our décor or rental items, The Picnic will decline setup. Clients must provide an alternative location.

Yes. Full setup and breakdown are included. Clients simply leave at the end of their scheduled time — we handle the rest.
